The Jb 201 Serials Seals are designed to handle liquids of varying contaminations including sluries, sludges, sewage,viscous or abrasive media etc.as these seals are self clean & non-clogging.The seals have a simple compact designed and are easy to install with practically no maintenance.
This series are unbalanced type seals this rotary type utilizes a standard seal face with a single spring and secondary seal ring.This seal has viton, Silicon-O-ring,GFT & PTFF Ring & Mating faces are High Grade Carbon,T.C.Ceramic etc.depending on the service condition.

Rubber Bellow Seals are the most general purpose low rate seals.They are designed for centrifugal pumps, turbine pumps, agitators, mixers,compressors, etc.
The rotary unit is a simple design and consist of flexible elastomeric bellow, lapped mating face single coiled spring which is non-clogging and self cleaning.
The primary seal face is of high gradecarbon.The bellows are made from Silicon & Vitron rubber.The stationary is ceramic & carbon depending on the service condition.

Teflon Bellow seals are unrivalled in their ability to with stand highly corrosive fluids such as acids,alkalis strong oxidizing/reducing agents etc.
All seal components that come in contact with pumped are chemically inert materials like PTFE, GFT and pureceramic. The heart of the seal is the flexible PTFE below made from virgingradeteflon.Rotary face is GFT stationary face is pure ceramic.These are always installed externally. |
